I love Timbuk2 and use their products for all of my needs. I don't mind paying a little more considereing the great quality of the products. However, I wish they'd offer free or discounted shipping once in a while. It hurts to spend so much to ship such a light, small item.

BIGGEST RIP-OFF I'VE SEEN AT BRYLANE!

Pictured and described is a vanity AND bench. I mistakenly thought it was a set, as that is how it is described. Not only is it not a set, the vanity itself isn't even available. How hard (and honest) would it be for Brylane to point that out in the description. I called and customer service was AWFUL. The woman was rude and I waited 45 minutes.

After tax and shipping I was charged over $152 for only the bench! What a complete misleading rip-off!

FALSE ADVERTISING by Brylane Home that seems to be done intentionallY!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RIP-OFF!

RIP OFF! YOU DON'T GET THE ACTUAL VANITY!
